I received this item with out ticket attached. The item was wrinkled and looked like was just taken off from same one neck. I was very disappointed and didn’t take it back because I would not be comfortable to talk to your associate why the ticket is not attached and item was worn. But I would like to know WHY YOU SENDY PRODUCT IN THAT CONDITION? The quality is poor.
