The best in the whole world
This is the iron supplement I had been looking for. It's excellent, and since I started using it, I haven't experienced any digestive issues especially no constipation. I'm very satisfied with Solgar.

Does what it says on the bottle
I was slighty sceptical about 'gentle' iron but now I've been taking it daily for a couple of weeks, and there's no sign of constipation, I am a convert!

Good for tiredness

So far so good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seem good so far. For me, I find them a bit difficult to swallow because they're fairly large yet very light weight capsules so they float to the roof of my mouth when trying to get them swallowed with water

Gave me iron induced gastritis
When I switched to regular iron my stomach went back to normal but this “gentle” formula felt like it ripped my GI tract to shreds
