Exactly opposite, absolutely an athletic type fit with a little baggies. They are soft but durable and fit all of my belts no problem. Already started shopping for different colors and styles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lifelong 501 wearer. These have more room from the crotch up to the waist than other tapers (502's.) They don't ride low on the rear end. I have big hips and thighs so I wear one waist size up. These have a little more room than 501's without having a huge bottom opening.
