I purchased this for my granddaughter for Christmas and it looks as pictured and is adorable. I have not washed it yet to see answer any questions about shrinkage, colorfastness, etc. However, I have purchased this brand from Macy’s and they washed up well. Also, purchased it on sale so that was an added bonus.
Never received the item even though I received confirmation of delivery. I complained at Macys and requested the order cancelled and a refund. The refund was denied and the item was invoiced. WHAT IS WRONG WITH MACYS?
