Request for Assistance with Faulty Handbag Dear Macy’s Customer Service, I recently purchased a handbag from your store/website, and unfortunately, I discovered that it is faulty. Great clutch, stylish and functional!

Purchased for my daughter and she loves it.

Just bought this for a wedding and it was perfect.

Comfortable worn as crossbody and held as a clutch

The zipper was almost impossible to close. I returned this purse

I was excited to get this, but I'm sending it back. The bag itself is nice, but the zipper closure is awful. It's not only hard to use, but it's placed so close to the top of the bag that you can't snap the top metal bands together. It just pops open and stays open. The zipper is in the way. The bag looks silly with that metal top open and the zippered inner closure clearly visible. The other problem is the chain attachment... the chain is nice but much too long. And there is no easy way to double it up because the attachment loops on the bag are too small to pass the clips through. I'm returning it as "defective", because, as is, it is defective.

This bag is exactly what I needed. It does not feel cheap or have a funny smell.

Purse is nice but zipper is not a friendly source
