This measurement are not accurate at all making the dress not true to size. I ordered a Large to fix at 30 Waist and 38 Bra Cup (so it can be loose around the waistline) The large is so tight around the breast area and arm area you can NOT even button it. When I went with the size to match my measurement loosely. Unfortunately, I cant even return it because it was a LAST ACT! Know I have to try to sell.
