I wanted to like these, but there were a few things that were disappointing. The suede quality seemed cheap and the bow was a no. 👎🏾 That was the reason for my purchase. To top it off, the right shoe was damaged. I had to return.
Runs small I recommend to size up half a size Cute shoes
Do NOT buy this brand name. I don’t know why Macy’s is carrying the brand name on their website. The heels I purchased were too small (I wear 6 1/2). I was a couple days late from the 30 days return and they didn’t want to exchange or refund the shoes. I bought 2 pairs. One I was able to return at Macy’s and the other (BERNESS brand) I was not. I bought both shoes at the same time and Macys allowed me to return where BERNESS did not. Never again will purchase this brand and I LOVE shoes. Thank you.
