Beautiful glasses
Beautiful glasses. They have some weight and seem durable.

Unsatisfied
One glass was broken. Customer service said I did NOT have to return them because of how poorly they were initially packaged. Then I receive an email saying I will be charged if I don’t return them. It’s a headache. Explaining. Trying to reach customer service. Unfortunately I give up and you win. You charged me and I received 7 glasses instead of 8. So you should be happy. You were not held to any standard of customer service.
