Viking Pure Glide Stainless Steel 2-Pc. Fry Pan Set

I have only used the 9.5” so far and I’ll have to say I am pleased with the performance.

I bought it recently and on the first cooking, just some eggs and charry tomatoes, the bottom got stained and no matter how much I try to wash it, it just won't come off and the non-stickiness has already started to degrade because of that. I might try to use something more aggressive to attempt to clean it, but I'm worried it might degrade the quality even further. Apart from all that, it's not a bad pan, the build quality feels really good, it's sturdy, but for the high price tag, I'm very surprised how difficult it is to clean it.

So far, I haven't had any issues with scratching of the surface or anything else, but I also cook with wood and silicone utensils, so I can't speak to the use of metal on them. My only confusion with them is that they are called "nonstick," which I always understood to mean that the surface itself is nonstick - not requiring any sort of oil or butter to make it nonstick. In this case, the instructions say to use cooking oil/butter/etc. in the skillet. So I'm not sure what makes it considered "nonstick."

Excellent pans easy to clean and cook evenly with less heat.

I love these nonstick fry pans! Haven’t found anything that sticks to them at all. They seem well made and I think they will last a very long time!

They are amazing in how evenly they heat and how they release everything with ease.

Ordered this set online because a family member recommended it. Opened and used it for the first time today and was very pleased with this pan! I was able to cook at a lower temperature than my older pans and it was cooked in a shorter time! The pans heat up quicker than traditional non-stick and they are much lighter than my older pans set. Highly recommended!

They even evenly and and they are absolutely superior to all others. The coating is nonstick making them perfect for nearly any dish your heart desires with not having to worry about anything left behind. They also make the PERFECT GRILLED CHEESE every single time! They work with induction, hand wash and dishwasher safe (huge plus!). They are great quality and have a nice heavy weight to them as well. I could not recommend these more!

I make a lot of chicken and eggs and one thing about eggs is they usually stick to the pan if I don’t lather it with butter or oil beforehand but with this skillet I barely put any oil and the residue slid right off (if there even was any but most of it cooked evenly and didn’t stick)!
