Poor Colorfastness
I’ve had the towels one week, and the color has faded in many patchy spots causing it to look old and discolored. Especially frustrating when they were washed alone with only towels that were the same color.

THESE are true luxury towels!
They are an ideal size and truly absorbent. I've washed and dried them multiple times already. I'm glad I tood the time to read reviews. Count mine a true 5-star rating.

Awful customer service
I only received 3 out of 4 towels. Not only did I not have a gift for Mother's Day the process of returning them has been challenging. Basically made no effort to make me whole. I now have to repackage it and spend my time going to a UPS store to return when this wasn't my fault. Apparently I can also return it at a Macy's store but this was never provided as an option?
