Love that the head on this steamer is both so lightweight and securely hooked onto the stand. Having been the victim of a severe burn from my last steamer I really value this security. Yet, it offers great power and gets creases out much faster! Great product!!

I did a lot of research before my purchase. I’m really happy with my new steamer, and I really like the attachment that puts a sharp crease my pants. 10 out of 10!🎉

Set up was great , but too much plastic for it to be durable

Love how fast it heats up. Do not like the attachment system. When nothing is attached, which is how I normally use the steamer head, there is a plastic nub close to the flat head that when I run it down clothing from the inside it leaves a line on the clothes. Also the pants hanger catches on the inside of the hanger when trying to clip garments on. It has to be in such a specific spot to use the clip.
