I was very happy to receive my new airfryer. I pick this one for the reviews . I only used 2 times and it died , I call Macy’s to tell what happens and they direct me to a third party because they are not the one who sale it. I don’t get it . I bought it because they sale a good quality and now they don’t want to have any responsibility. I am so mad.
I don’t really like it. The buttons are hard to press. If I could, I would return it. It doesn’t give you any options really.
On June 26 I received this Air fryer at it worked well for a while and I appreciated that I didn't make a lot of noise. By the beginning of September the inside literally started to melt. This in unacceptable for a product to degrade like this and in such a short period of time. Also, this is a fire hazard and MegaChef has to correct this flaw.
Purchased this air fryer to replace an older one we had (different brand). I love the ease of use, boxy design, and easy to use buttons. We have been using this for about a week now and have no complaints! Works well and family is enjoying the large capacity (8L). When we first started using it, it did have a burnt smell, but it subsided after multiple uses.
I’m really happy with this air fryer! It works great, heats up quickly, and makes meals so much easier and faster. Definitely a great addition to the kitchen.

The air fryer started out fine. But 5 months in, I put a snack in and finished getting my kid and myself ready for school and work. I returned to a burned snack and smoke in the kitchen. It died and there was some melting of the housing. I looked for warranty information and there is a 90 warranty and nothing else. No fix; only 90 day return and if they deem it, they may replace after you pay for shipping both ways. When you only Jake a 90 warranty, it appears that you are aware of the sustainability of your product. Not happy with MagaChef or Macys for even carrying this. SMH,,.
It melted on my food , it’s not product. Don’t buy
I bought this air fryer in April and by June it melted with my food in it. It’s is a substandard product nobody should be buying such item. The seller has refused to exchange or refund! I will not recommend it.
