It gave me splitting headaches. Tried for 3 days and each time about a half hour later had crazy headaches. Maybe too much 6 or 9 for my body? Not sure.

As it says, no after taste. Like that it’s plant based. Hard to really say it’s made any noticeable difference in my wellbeing but since I am already a long time user of Megafood products, I plan on adding this to my daily diet plan.

There’s no taste. The supplement is a little larger. Which I don’t mind too much.
