NOW Foods L-Cysteine ,500 mg ,100 Tabs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a mom of 3, so my hair, skin and nails are usually the last thing I'm thinking about. I wanted something simple to add to my morning routine and this has been easy to stick with. The tablets are a normal size and go down fine with water, no weird aftertaste. I keep the bottle next to my coffee maker so I don't forget. I've been taking it for a few weeks and I'm hoping to see a difference in my hair and nails over time. I like that it's NOW brand since I already trust them for other vitamins, and a 100 count bottle lasts a good while. Would buy again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to try these L-cysteine 500mg tablets but unfortunately I couldn't do it since shortly after receiving it I found out that I was pregnant so I decided to wait before using it, I have already used other Now foods products before and I have always had a positive experience with the brand, so I am also happy to receive this product and get to know it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried taking these tablets on several occasions, but unfortunately I experienced vomiting afterward each time, so I had to stop taking them. I’m not sure whether it was the citrus taste or something else about the supplement that didn’t agree with me, so I don’t want to speculate. Because I wasn't able to continue using the product, I also can't speak to its effectiveness or the results it may provide. I always want my reviews to be honest and based on my actual experience, and unfortunately this just wasn't a product I was able to use.

I like that this supplement isn't in the form of a multivitamin, so I can take more or less of it depending on what I need. First signs of success, my nails are starting to feel stronger!
