Shipped in a bag

I love the purse, But the purse was shipped in a plastic bag. It was bent, tag not attached, and had no dust cover bag. I was very disappointed considering the price of the purse. Returned the purse. Found elsewhere that shipped in a proper box with the dust cover bag and tag attached. Very uncharacteristic of Macy’s.
