It was easy to add into a drink and dissolved well. I think the biggest benefit for me was more Amino acids to help with muscle soreness. On its own, the unflavored powder has an odd taste—and mixing it into coffee was a total mistake! However, I found the perfect fix: mixing it directly with the fruit punch flavored L-Carnitine liquid. The fruit punch completely covers the flavor, making it quick and easy to drink. It's a solid, quality amino acid supplement that delivers real recovery benefits once you find the right mix-in. The bottle does recommend mixing it with juice, but I rarely have that on hand.
