High quality materials and perfect sizing

Look and Feel are a 5. Packaging Not So Much.
Really like the look and feel of this suit jacket. However, the preparation for shipping was the worst. It was removed from the hanger which caused it to arrive severely wrinkled and the package was crushed during shipping.
