Somehow the design IS as shown, but despite the cap sleeves having a rolled, sewn in place cuff sleeve, it looks like it’s a starched, stiff, thick cuff that doesn’t bend. Wearing it, it doesn’t resemble a Dolman style shirt. Looks dumb on. Possibly trying to copy the look of soccer (or Futball?) shirts.
