OXO Brew 2.95" Stainless Steel Compact Conical Burr Coffee Grinder

I will admit I just purchased this a few weeks ago and I've used this grinder several times since then for espresso. So far everything has worked perfectly! I wasn't sure about what setting to use the grinder so I naturally researched and used AI for reference. I have a Breville espresso machine and have found setting 4 to be hitting the sweet spot. I have loved how smooth and consistent the grounds have come out. I would recommend this electric grinder for espresso, especially for this price!

It was a gift and the recipient loves it!

I primarily use this for grinding espresso and have been very happy with it so far. It's compact, quiet, and works very well, doesn't make a mess when pouring. Good value for the price.

Love this product, never had a burr grinder before, but this product is the bomb! Works just like you would think is does, no need to read the owners manual. Very rare that a product delivers on a promise, but this does. Very good value. BUY IY! :)

Easy to operate, nice grind, good for a single cup grind.

It is impossible to NOT spill ground coffee with this poor design. You have to remove the top compartment that has the blade in order to empty the grounds. Coffee is all over the blade and that spills. And then you have to remove the ground coffee into another container before putting in your coffee maker. Coffee spills in this step too. Returned after weeks of aggravation using it.

As someone who enjoys a variety of coffees, and has a French Press, Drip, and stovetop Mocha unit. . . . . . I wanted a coffee grinder that would accommodate the different grinds needed. In doing my research I learned about the benefits of the Burr grinding method. Further research brought me to this OXO unit. The existing reviews were impressive. Now having this unit in my house, using 3 to 4 times a week over the last 6 months, I can say with confidence you will not be disappointed - it is amazing! The first thing you will notice is the attention to detail in the fit and finish. Next will be how quiet this grinder is. I am not saying silent, but it is a lot quitter then my old blade unit. You will not wake the dead when you want an early cup of coffee to start your day. Third, the uniformity of the grind. And forth and most important. . . . . The taste of that first cup. We noticed a big difference. . . smooth, robust, and not bitter in the least. This grinder has a plethora of setting from fine to course. I use Fine for the Mocha, Medium for the drip, and Course for the FP. But with many incremental settings in between, I'm just now experimenting with these and finding there are reason I might use #5. 5 instead of 9 in my drip from time to time. Supplied with the unit is a small spray bottle to help with static electricity. I used it at first and have stopped and have found if I just wait 30 second after down grinding, the static is no issue. Go ahead and buy this. . . without question, You will be very happy!!!

Very consistent grind. Easy to set grind settings. Noto heat and little noise. Some difficulty cleaning

This is my first go at a burr grinder. It does a fabulous job. I appreciate the simplicity, yet with a multitude of grinding options. It is very thoughtful for them to add the spritzer bottle to reduce the static. It is quieter than my old blade grinder as well. Easy clean up. Love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee grinder is miles ahead of the Krups electric grinder that I had been using. It is relatively quiet and I like that I can set the grind size to medium-fine to use in my moka pot.
