Super responsive to and helpful with answering any questions I had prior to purchasing. The item was shipped so quickly that it arrived the next day! Very warm appearing and fits our Doona beautifully. Love that the hood and bottom portion are removable for more versatility depending on baby’s size and the type of car seat/stroller it’s being used for. Many thanks!
We ordered this foot muff a while back and it didn't arrived. We contacted them. They sent us a brand new one with an extra product. And the baby loves the foot muff and we love it too. Thank you very much.
We live in a very cold climate and this keeps baby comfortable (with appropriate layers on) for long walks and naps outside in temps down to 0F. So happy I bought this! Only downside is that I don’t see a way to cinch the top into a hood despite that function being listed in the description. Otherwise, quality is excellent!
