These are not true to size for a 12. They feel sloppy and one of the shoes has the top opening design further to the left than the other shoe. The arch support of one shoe was also a little more intense from the centre of the foot than the other. I do not recommend

Cute flat but not exactly as pictured. The leather looks a little cheap as does the croco print. The arch support is great but the overall fit is a bit tight. I'm keeping it because I got it on sale.
They’re cute but extremely uncomfortable. They’re not flexible at all and have no arch support, no traction on the bottom so very slippery, and the back pinches your heel with no cushion.
Beautiful shoes, but horrible blisters. I’ve worn them twice and the blisters are bad. Since I wore them, can’t return.

These are really comfortable shoes. I wore them for 30 hours in 2 days, when they were brand new, and my feet felt happy.

Back of shoe very stiff and uncomfortable. I got brown suede pair as I love my black leather pair. Alas no give in back of shoe and back edge actually felt sharp. Am returning
I’ve always wanted these shoes, but did not buy them because of the price. I finally bought them and I’m so happy I did. They are super comfortable and have excellent arch support. I have worn and loved the look. Well worth the price is they are excellent quality too!
