One drop under the tongue 10 times a day, my daughter reminds me to give her the drops. There's absolutely zero taste to it; even I tried and I was shocked lool. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I got this free product from #chickadvisor and #tryNOWkids in return for my honest reviews. I used this daily for 3 weeks for both my kids. I gave them Vitamin D drops after dinner and they had no complains about the taste or smell. My younger one is a littke picky about some supplements that have a weird smell but she was fine with this. The supplement has no taste as such and its great that its liquid and one can just use the dropper to manage the amount. The dropper kind if started leaking after few days so that's one drawback. By far, this is one of the best Vitamin D we have tried and has great ingredients. Vitamin D is really important especially in growing kids. I recommend this to everyone and I would be buying this again for sure.
