Cartier Men's 2-Pc. Pasha Édition Noire Eau De Toilette Gift Set

I purchased this item online and was supposed to receive it two days ago. However, when I finally received it, the item was open, damaged, and clearly appeared to have been previously used. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering how much money I have spent shopping at Macy’s. I honestly expected much better treatment and service as a customer. It is unacceptable to receive a damaged and used product after paying for a brand-new item.
