Samsonite Uptempo Lux 2-Pc. Hardside Luggage Set

am extremely upset with this suitcase. I have used it exactly twice, and it failed both times. The suitcase constantly pops open while traveling. Because it will not stay securely closed, I have already lost several personal belongings during my trips. A suitcase's only job is to hold your items safely, and this one fails completely. It is entirely defective and unreliable. I expect a full refund for this faulty product immediately.

Found the luggage to be well made and suitable sizes for my trip. Was extremely pleased with purchase, quality and price!

I purchased this for myself, and another for my daughter....they look great, however the quality is terrible! One flight and my daughter's corner was dented in, and both of our handles were not very strong and supported...wobbled our way into the airport.

The luggage set LOOKS nice and have withstood my busy travel schedule but the wheels are HORRIBLE. I travel once or twice a month so ive used it quite a bit. The heavier you pack, the harder it is to roll the suitcase on its wheels. I shouldve returned it after my 1st use but i let time pass by. I do not recommend at all.

I was not able to set the lock. I awaited several days for a call back for assistance as promised in a chat. Still no call back. I am very technical and can follow directions well.

I was really disappointed with the quality. I only used this once, and the material around the zipper is already coming apart/separating. For something that should be durable enough for travel, I didn’t expect it to show damage after just one use. It looked great at first, but unfortunately the quality did not hold up.

The zipper keeps getting stuck unable to close the suitcase without forcing it to zip up
