The fit is fine. I ordered this to attend a wedding. It looks too much like a wedding dress unfortunately. Expected it to be Ivory not white. Otherwise beautiful dress. Will be returning.

I am between sizes 4 and 6 (36C) and ordered size 6 finally. It was still tight in arms and chest, and loose in hips, but color and fabric are gorgeous! Wish it could be a little bit shorter though.
