[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love Sulwhasoo Essential Revitalizing Water. It's really refreshing and makes for a great lightweight moisture. At first, i was using more as a toner before putting on moisturizer, which left my skin feeling somewhat sticky or tacky. I live in South Texas, where it's incredibly humid right now. So lately I've been using it with just a serum afterwards, which is actually about the perfect level of hydration that leaves me feeling fresh and clean and healthy. The scent is strong, with a lot of ginger overtones, which I'm usually not a fan of, but in the product I find it to be pretty pleasant. It's an interesting texture, as well; it's not a thick as a serum or a cream, but it's thicker and more viscous than a typical toner.
