I needed a little change, happy I did

I was very disappointed because the 7-piece king comforter set I received was a completely different color(grey) than the one I ordered (lavender. I specifically chose the set to match my bedroom décor, so receiving the wrong color made it unusable for my space. While the quality of the fabric and stitching appears to be good, the incorrect color was a major disappointment and defeats the purpose of ordering a specific design. I hope the company improves its quality control and order fulfillment process to ensure customers receive the correct items. Until then, I would recommend checking your order immediately upon delivery.

I bought this as a housewarming gift. When the package was delivered, it was opened along with the original packaging, as if the item was used. I contacted customer service and a second package was sent. However, upon delivery, it was also opened and the original package was taped.

I bought this on sale and couldn't be happier. Very comfotable and soft, plus it looks great.

I believe because it was shipped in a vacuum sealed package, the comforter wasn't as fluffy as the picture.

The bedding came compressed in a box and should have been mentioned for shipping. This is not a good or preferred method and have to sit out.

I ordered a lavender set online and received a grey set. I canned customer service and they sent me a return label and a new set. I returned the first set and received the second one. The second one was also grey. I returned that set to the store and was told they could accept that return but not process the credit. I called customet service again and they said they would process the refund. I received an email confirming the refund. But it never reflected on my card. I ultimately had to challenge the charge. All that to say, if a customer ordered a specific color. Send them that color.
