Thanks a million "grazie mille" this is a wonderful knife to use

I love my new knife! It is perfect for prepping my food and easy to use!!

Wonderful knife. Well balanced, a must have in the kitchen.

Fantastic to hold, sharp as ever, well-balanced, and should last a lifetime.

This knife is excellent. Already started using it and I am thoroughly impressed with it.

This is a great knife. The curved blade fits hand perfectly. It’s light weight and easy to use,

This knife is truly sharp and is able to easily slice through a multitude of items. I am a small woman so I love knives that are easy to hold and can smoothly cut through food. The knife also seems to have a pretty solid balance point after I did a quick tilt test!

Outstanding, solid, very high quality knives that will last a lifetime. These knives are like an addiction. One you experience them, you only want to use them. Nothing else.

Master manufacturing to perfection. Will buy again anytime in the future.

Fantastic, keeps on delivering with a sharp edge over the months.
