Clear screen and keyboard. Mix of static connected to large screen and lugging to meetings. Only issue I have is when using the keyboard I sometimes accidentally touch the built in mouse pad and end up typing in another place in the document.
This may well be a wonderful laptop. However I am of an older generation, tech these days seams complicated and confusing. It is difficult for me to work out and navigate

I like the key backlighting and lettering and number size. Good screen size chosen for my needs. Number lock and right hand side number pannel. Good picture quality and definition.
I returned the laptop because the system stopped functioning. The laptop would be running but the screen doesnt come up. Even tried hard reset but didnt still go off. So I returned it
Access speed and desk top layout. Not sure yet about AI assistance. Mostly used for documents, spreadsheets, photos and internet browsing
Mostly cannot see the curser and scrolling down the side tool bar isn’t possible. Because it gets stuck and have to go to the bottom to drag it down. Not as good as my pavilion.
For HP not to be involved with my use of the product. Had to pay local IT firm to sort all the odd messages which prohibited normal use. Never had this problem previously. I have bought your product - now leave me alone
Often the combination of touch pad and arrow up/down freezes requiring a reboot. Very frustrating.
A lovely LAPTOP from Hp with a large 1 Tb memory nice fast loading and a keyboard that lights up its for me excellent .Great webcam built in large screen perfect for daily work and bits.
