Macy's is a big disappointment
The size Extra Wide - is not actually Extra Wide...had to return them and went to the Macy's Shoe Department for assistance- and no one was in the Shoe Department- or any other near by department...so I just left the store. I also canceled my online notifications / emails from Macy's because I can't do business with a store that can't provide me help in selecting shoes.

They run big but they are very comfortable. The shipping was fast and I liked they did not waste a box to shipped.
