I purchased the Ralph Lauren Heather Reversible 3-pc queen duvet set for a guest room. Really nicely made and the fabric is very good quality. I picked the green color which is muted and versatile. It has a button closure. I washed it on cool setting gentle cycle and it laundered well. The back is a coordinating stripe like the optional decorative pillow. No issues so far.
Beautiful and good quality. Bought both colors.
It was ordered and due for delivery on 12/31/25. Never received any update by email or phone. My wife called several times and she was told that it was on the way and on 01/12/26 she was told it would be delivered later that. Then I receive a credit today. Where is the customer service? Poor performance in every category.
The quilt is good quality, but it’s not what I wanted.
