I'm not an expert chef by any means, but I cook 3-4 meals every week. I've been wanting a high quality prep knife for so long because I just used what I had lying around and this one is great. I looked at 3 or 4 other models and this one is the perfect handling, size, and sharpness for me to chop vegetables like carrots and celery. We'll see how it holds up with time, but so far I love it.
Good balance and size for trimming meat, and cutting veggies.
This utility knife has so much balance that it is great. It retains its edge and stays sharp throughout constant wear and tear. It’s ergonomically the best choice for the job for intimate cuts. The curve in the blade helps glide through vegetables.
Great weight and good for my everyday cutting of vegetables!
Very sharp and easy to use. Handle feels very sturdy.
Excellent quality kitchen knife. It came razor-sharp and holds its edge really well.
Great knife and smaller size for finer work. Henckels Pro Friodur blades are the best & hold an edge for a long time. Glad to add to the set.
Lightweight and ergonomic. It’s so nice to have something smaller than a chef’s knife for quick prep, but bigger and more versatile than a paring knife.
Perfect size for prepping vegetables! The blade fits nicely in my hand, is easy to control and does a great job with every day kitchen prep. The knife is very comfortable to use and a great all-around knife.
Sharp, easy to use, perfect cuts - every time! Balance is excellent.
