Great Option
I have tried a few different collagen options from pills to drinks to powders and this is definitely my favorite option. It’s a capsule you swallow it. There’s no taste you’re done so this is now my go to.

Feeling the Difference After a Month

I originally started using it to support my joints and recovery, and I’ve definitely felt less stiffness, especially in the mornings and after workouts.
