It’s horrible. I bought half size up and yet it is so tight. Now I can’t even return it because it was on final sale. So disappointed.

The toe shape and heel height are perfect. I love that there's no metal hardware on it at all so I don't feel compelled to match my jewelry to it. Very high quality. Super pleased with this purchase.

They are very comfortable and durable go with almost every pants type of outfit definitely a buyy.

this booties are like rain boots the quality looks poor and feel poor I'm embarrassed to wear them cause of the quality. Payless shoes quality. Do not recommend this product

i am so sad, i didnt see that this was a final sale and they do not fit, i wanted to return them, i am a macys customer for life, is there any way i can return them, i will buy something else!

I returned two pairs of shoes on February 19th 2026 and l still haven’t gotten my refund. It was by ups. Was told they received them . But no refund.

These shoes were very hard and uncomfortable. They also run small. I tried them on and took them off immediately. Returned.

Do not buy these they are so uncomfortable I had to return them. I could not take a step or even go down the stairs without this shoe cutting my ankle.

It’s a beautiful shoe. I need wide width so, I gave them to my daughter
