NOW Foods Red Mineral Algae ,180 Vcaps

Bad news: the capsules are large size -- too large. I would rather take a higher quantity of capsules and have them be easier to swallow. Please adjust! Good news: they're vegan, they're effective and they have zero side effects.

I have used this a while but now know it is actually a calcium carbonate calcium so is only 40% absorbable. That means 4 pills give you 400 mg of absorbed calcium!

My doctor recommended it and I’m well satisfied.

I purchased this product to get a different source of calcium

Great supplement easy way to get multiple minerals in one pill

i bought this product for the red algae, but each capsule carries about 250 mg calcium. Its a great supplement.

I used this to increase my calcium intake along with Vitamin K-2. It also has trace minerals. I like the NOW brand.

Have not had a bone scan to prove that this products works but it is one of the best sources of things we need for our bones. I have been taking it for a couple of years and it is easy to take and has the necessary nutrients. It is reasonably priced and vegan and I plan to continue taking. Thanks for a great product!! The calcium from this product is so healthy and feels so much better than calcium carbonate or calcium citrate.

My husband started taking this a month ago .He had been taking supplements for many years for his knees. He is very happy with this product.
