The brushed gold tone of the watchband doesn't match the case of my watch. I can't use the band, but it is a quality band. I am trying to return it, but the Customer Service has been non-responsive after the first e-mail stating that they were reviewing my return request.

This was exactly what I was looking for to dress up my Apple Watch. The weight feels good. The fit is comfortable and I love that it comes with a tool so that you can size it yourself.
