I actually have a preference to marine collagen when it comes to collagen supplements because I can actually see results in the quality and hydration of my skin. Ihave never tried anything like this before, so I wasn't really sure if I was going to see a difference. I have experienced some good and not so good results when trying vitamins and supplements, but I recognized the NOW Solutions brand and I know they have quality products, so I know at the very least it wouldn't hurt me. I have been taking it along with my other vitamins in the morning and didn't think much about it, but about two weeks ago, I was looking at my skin and thinking about how good it looked. I am not finished with the bottle, but if things keep progressing like they are, I look forward to seeing my skin.
