All-Clad HA1 Expert Cookware Nonstick 8" & 10" Frypan Set

I haven't use it yet but it is heavy weight and looks great. I wish it had a cover

This was my first All Clad purchase. I have purchased many brands over the years and I am disappointed with All Clad. First, the good things...I love the shape of the pans and the tall straight sides as it makes moving things around in the pan very easy and less food pops out when stirring. The non-stick is disappointing for 2 reasons. It scratches easily. The first time I washed it after using it, it was scratched along the rim when I put it in the dish drainer. Secondly, I used the 10" pan to cook some cheesesteak meat that was marinated in worcestershire and spices. It turned out great, however after I washed the pan, there is a cloudy film that I cannot get off. I used non-scratch scrubbing pad, and it did not remove all of it. It's still non-stick but a bit unsightly to put food in. I would not recommend All Clad to a friend. Bottom line for me is these pans are not worth the money compared to some other brands I have used, but I'm keeping them because I got a pretty good deal on them and I love the shape. Hopefully the non-stick will last for a little while.

Great frying pan! I like the steeper sides, makes it easier to get my scrambled eggs all on the plate. My previous 3 frying pans, which were Made In somewhere or other, all developed a crown in the middle from the gas burner, and the pan would not heat evenly. This pan is staying flat, and it heats the whole bottom of the pan evenly. Recommended!

I love these pans. I got the 8" and the 10". I'm planning to keep the 8" pan for only eggs. They slide right out of the pan. Perfect omelets, fried eggs, scrambled eggs. Fantastic. The cleanup is a breeze, too. The 10" will be for sauted veggies, chicken, whatever. Also easy cleanup. The weight of the pans if great, too. Substantial, but not heavy. I love them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm obsessed with nonstick so I knew this would be a hit for me. After using it I got thinking about this pan next to my other. Handle broken on one. These have stainless steel and rivets holding it to the pan. No broke handles here. Even cooking instead of the food better in certain spots. Its oven and dishwasher safe. Not to mention the strong stainless steel base to prevent cookware from warping!
