Givenchy Prisme Libre Ultra-Blurring & Color-Correcting Pressed Powder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This powder is my new favorite! It is a soft matte finish so it does not leave your face looking cakey and dry. The product is scented like other Givenchy makeup products but the scent is luxurious and lightly floral and does not bother me in the slightest nor does it cause my sensitive skin to be agitated. When I'm home, I apply this with a big fluffy brush but I like that the compact includes a decent brush that fits inside for moments when you are on the go. I also love that it is a pressed powder format so it is a top choice when traveling. The shade descriptions and models they use are accurate to my medium skin tone and does not leave too heavy of a white cast (very minor that disappears into the skin, especially once setting spray is applied).

My skin looks flawless with no visible large pores. The powder works great with my oily skin, it feels smooth and breathable on my skin even if I wear it on a long day in the hot weather. I love how it does not make my skin look cakey or oil slick even if I wear it for a whole day. It does have a fragrance but I love the scent so it doesnt bother me at all. I only need to use a small amount of the product to get the result I want that is why I have been using it everyday in the last 2 weeks, and it barely made a dent. The product itself is encased in black hard case that screamed luxurious. It also comes with a cute little soft brush for touch up on the go. Overall, I am super happy with this powder. The shades were a bit too light for me personally but the pigmentation was decent. It lasted pretty well throughout the day with no caking.

I was worried about it because its sister product (loose powder) was reformulated and too shimmery. This product doesn’t have that issue. I love it. New staple in my collection
