The stones came off
I purchased the heels back in November and I try to wear them in this month and all the stones came off. Don’t spend your money in this heels.

Shouldn’t have purchased these shoes!
Loved them when I bought them but the rhinestones keep falling off! I haven’t even worn them yet. Walking around the house to break them in. Very disappointed since I bought them for my son’s wedding in March!

Used shoes
Good evening,
When I opened the box, the sole of the shoes appears to have already been used. Additionally, the front of the right shoe has noticeable dots missing from the surface.
I have attached photos for your reference. I am very disappointed with this order, as I expected new items in proper condition from Macy’s.
Please let me know how this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
