[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is so clear and vibrant. The art is beautiful. The remote is very easy to navigate. I love the way it just blends into the room so well. However. The TV suddenly will get very loud, for no rhyme or reason. It is so loud it disturbs people in their bedrooms on the other side of my house.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV itself is great. I love the glare resistant screen and picture quality is great. What drives me crazy is the remote. It's so sensitive you can't keep it anywhere near you because if you brush against it even slightly it will exit the show you are watching. I've lost track of how many times it happens. It's a problem.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality of frame is excellent, however choice of art is limited unless a monthly program is purchased. This takes advantage of a capability that was not advertised as an additional fee.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t get enough of my Frame TV. The art mode is absolutely incredible with a definition that feels like there’s an actual art painting hanging from my wall. The anti glare works tremendously and the auto brightness setting ensures the image quality is always on spot. This product is so much more than what I expected!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very Clear, Brightness, calibration, free of glare, texture and vibrancy. Easy installation and set up.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our Samsung TV! The picture is crisp and clear when watching TV programs. We purchased it mainly for the ability to choose and display artwork on the screen, and that has become our favorite feature. It’s wonderful to enjoy a beautiful piece of art when we aren’t watching television. Very happy with our purchase!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV is fine. The fact that Samsung screwed me over with the promotion that was supposed to include a frame is what makes me not want to EVER do business again with Samsung. I am a frequent buyer of Samsung TV's but that will no longer be the case.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part, my experience with the Samsung Frame TV has been good. One puzzling thing is that turning it on is sometimes problematic. Sometimes it turns onto the streaming platforms or embedded programs. Other times I have to click it on several times to get there. Puzzling. Otherwise, beautiful color and brightness. Love the artwork.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this model, 42 inches, old technology because the newer TVs were causing me ice strain. It fits my needs perfectly except for one annoying problem. It will not bring in Netflix. I am told it is an issue with Samsung not Netflix so that is disappointing but otherwise I love the TV.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am delighted with the Samsung frame TV . It has really beautified my living space and freed up a lot of space that used to be taken up by a TV cabinet. I Just love having it masquerade as art when I'm not using it . And it's nice to be able to swap the art out when I want to. Great invention!
