DRESS HAS PERFUME ALL OVER IT
I ORDERED THIS DRESS TWICE AND EACH TIME THE DRESS HAS A COLOGNE OR PERFUME SMELL ALL OVER IT. EITHER SOMEONE WORE IT AND SPRAYED IT I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THE DRESS HAS A VERY STRONG PERFUME SMELL. NOT NORMAL. I AM RETURNING THE DRESS FOR THE SECOND TIME.
