Haven Soft Square 32 Pc. Dinnerware Set, Service for 8, Exclusively at Macy's

I can see bump on middle of each and every plates. Some patches and some bumps on bowls and plates

Arrived with broken dishes

Will give 5 stars on dinner ware but four on making it through the shipping process. Two plates were broken upon delivery. Shipping is rough on breakables. Great price and very satisfied with product. Would recommend picking up in store versus shipping if possible.

There are so many plates and cups in this set. It’s very clean and the design are simple! I love having all especially when having guests over! Overall I love the size and simplicity! The 32 pieces set is a winner!

Pretty and great price. Sadly two plates were broken.

I bought this set for my son and his finance. Bought it early bc it was a great price. Just recently gave it to them as they moved into their new apartment and upon opening the box and taking all the items out, 2 small plates are chipped and 2 small bowls are broken. Now it’s past the return date and I won’t be able to get compensation!

I really liked this set and ordered for my daughter for her first apartment. Unfortunately they arrived broken. Several pieces broken so I had to return. This is not the first time I have ordered something like this and it arrives in pieces.

THIS IS EXTREMELY WORRYING. THIS ITEM WAS NEVER PURCHASED BY THIS ACCOUNT. THIS INDICATES THAT CUSTOMER INFORMATION HAS BEEN COMPROMISED IN MACY'S SYSTEMS. NEED THIS TO BE INVESTIGATED BY MACY'S CYBER SECURITY TEAMS AND RESPONDED TO THE CUSTOMER ASAP.

Arrived with 4 broken plates . Plates quality is good but if you wanna have it delivered you need to expect it will arrive broken.

I wanted dishes that were not heavy but nice clean white and simple design. Getting use to the bowls but two sizes is good. I should have read the description better - there are no cups.
