Ixtreme Toddler and Little Boys' Ripstop Mini Puffer Jacket with Beanie

I did not receive this coat.Even though the order info says it was in the box, it was not.used chat customer service to explain this,after a long conversation was told they would send a coat -never received it. called, again was told they’d send the coat but only after they tried to charge me 3 times what I pd for it.asked me to complete a customer service survey that my issue was resolved.still have never received the coat. my account shows they will credit my acct for coat and for me to keep the coat The one I never got. They sent multiple packages for order it’s offensive to be told that lying. This seems to be the only outlet for expressing my dissatisfaction since no one seemed to understand that I just wanted the coat. It’s still on the website so it is in stock. However it is higher than the price I was going to pay so now I’m getting notifications from Macy’s to check out this item that I’m interested in I won’t be buying a coat that I already bought but never received.

Great sale price for a quality product.

I actually debated between this brand and another well-known quality brand for my grandson as both were on sale for the same price. I finally settled on this one since it included the beanie for extra warmth. I later purchased this and 3 others to donate later this winter.

Appears to be a high quality jacket. Didn't realize it came with a hat which was a bonus! The price was amazing!

My grandson wore this once and the underarm area completely came apart at the seam. Unraveled where it was sewn. Poor workmanship.

Well made, good value, true to size. Purchased another one previously and very satisfied with overall quality of jackets. Nice variety of styles as well as colors. The red is beautiful!
