It was delivered used, the white part was gray and blue.

“I was very disappointed with this product. It arrived with stains on it, and this has happened 3–4 times with my orders. The item was defective through no fault of my own, yet I still have to spend my time and effort returning it through UPS for a refund. Customers should not have to deal with repeated quality issues and inconvenient returns for mistakes made by the seller. I expected much better quality control and service from Macy’s.”

I bought shoes that were supposed to look white--per the on line photo. But they are NOT white--instead, they look dirty & awful. I guess "Glacier White" --the color i chose -- is really more like a "dirty, side of the road, grimy, black-tinged white." No thanks you. I will be returning these.

I ordered these coach sneakers and they were delayed for several days. When I received them and opened the box. The sneakers were dirty and had a yellow stain. I’m so disappointed because the sneakers fit . The quality is well made and the price was great but the condition was poor.

I never received my order.

These shoes are lovely—super comfortable and they look great. The color is very pretty; I’m in love with them. I did have a minor issue with the delivery—they made a mistake—but they eventually showed up.

I purchased the black shoe and I just love the quality and materials used. It is true to size and a little tight at first, but stretch out as I wore it. I am please with my purchase and would recommend this shoe.

Looks better in person even though the pic makes the orange look darker. Worth buying.
