Box clasp is almost impossible to open one-handed. Macy's store jewelry department employee was unable to fix and did not offer an alternative. Unfortunately will have to return.

I was happily shocked at the beauty of this bracelet! It's the perfect size, the diamonds are beautiful and sparkle like little stars. The clasp is a little stiff but very secure and there is a safety latch as well. Definitely one of the best buys from Macy's jewelry department!
It’s a very pretty bracelet, but the clasp seems cheap and will probably break easily.

Unfortunately, the bracelet immediately snapped after 3 wears. It was not broken at the clasp, so I am not sure how this would be repaired.
