Spring came to me ! What a beautiful elegant bag !! it made me excite before open package, was big with kindly wrapping. it must be fitting any occasion.

I love this handbag. So different and a great bag to elevate your outfit. It is not large enough for an everyday bag but great for a lunch with the girls or an evening out.

not about the product, seems like Macy's goofup. ordered an olive handbag for my wife for valentine's day. a completely different model and color was shipped. disastrous and very disappointing. have to drive 15miles to return. not going to order anything else on Macy's online. they even took down the product now. would have been better to just cancel the order.

It's huge. Edges of leather strips are frayed and I can't return. I think it is a nice bag but it isn't a handbag I want to carry around casually for fear it will catch on something and break a strip. It really is too big to use as an evening bag for me. I am not a small person and it feels awkward. Zinc color is dull I thought it had a little sheen in the pictures. I love the design and bought the black one in a smaller size which will look nice for a nice night out.

The young women I dealt with were super rude to help me. Looked at me annoyed because they were chit chatting when I walked up for help, then when I was handed what I bought it was with an ugly attitude, handed to me fast and walked away. These young people have ZERO customer service skills. Makes me not wanna go back to the store anymore.
