Anne Klein Women's Quartz Oval Roman Numeral Silver-Tone Metal Alloy Watch, 25mm

I purchased this watch from Macy’s on April 30, 2026, and I loved the design at first. Unfortunately, after only about three months of normal use, the silver finish on the bracelet started wearing off, exposing a copper-colored metal underneath. I have taken excellent care of it—I always remove it before showering, exercising, swimming, or using lotions and perfumes. It has never been abused or exposed to harsh conditions. I also own a Tommy Hilfiger watch purchased from Macy’s about five years ago that still looks great, so I expected much better durability from this Anne Klein watch. The design is beautiful, but the finish should not deteriorate this quickly with careful use. I have contacted Anne Klein regarding the warranty and hope this issue will be resolved.
