It does have a bit of a stiff feel, but it worked well when hiking for providing breathability and sun protection.
Love the sophisticated cut of this blouse. It doesn’t feel too technical/gear like. It breathes so well in the Texas heat and is comfortable! I purchased a medium and it’s somewhat loose which I like. Purchased in two colors. 140lbs, 5’8”
