I purchased this item at the store located in Las Vegas (Mandalay Place). This is the first time I saw this heart but it had a plain gold necklace when on display. I asked the sales woman if I could switch the necklace to the one with the beads and she said no since the set is the plain gold plated necklace with the green heart. Now that I have seen the set on their web page with the beaded chain and also seen it at the Universal Studio California location I know the sales woman lied to me. I am unhappy that I didn’t receive the correct necklace which would have been the one I really wanted. This item is not priced cheap so for that reason I should have been given the correct necklace. I love the heart but I don’t use it as much since I’m in search of a nice necklace for it.
